Took a while for someone to greet me and seat me but after that the service was great and fast. My food was out within minutes and it was delicious. I love IHOP!

05.14.11 2nd visit sirloin tips and eggs. enough said. the first time i tried this menu selection, the meat was so tender, the flavor surprisingly good, and suffice to say, i wanted more. the second time (today), the meat wasn't as tender, but the flavor was decent and suffice to say, i was satisfied. i think the pancakes had some to do something with that outcome. odd? weird? quite.

Good for an ihop. Clean, good service and food didn't seem too greasy. I am just thankful to have something to eat at midnight in mormon town.

Service is horrible. Food was cold and wrong. Also got bright pink syrup on the back of my white shirt due to them not cleaning the chairs off. Plus some weird green substance on the pancakes that I didn't order.

You know, just like any other IHOP. However, the service was FAST. I like that.

The food is always yummy. The service was on point. The only problem we've encountered was at times, there weren't enough parking spaces and we also had to wait outside for a table because they were so full inside. But other than that, the food was always yummy!

First we were seated at a dirty table, I asked the hostess to seat us at clean table and she told us she would wipe it off, I told her we would rather be seated at a clean table and she told us we could move to a different table. At the new table it took a long time for someone to come take our order. Next we waited 30 minutes only to get the wrong order I asked to speak to the manager it took 5 minutes for me to get a response we will not be returning to this location.

Its Ihop. We were seated promptly, comfortable booths, friendly service, and food was nice and warm. If you just want to get away from the house and have someone else do the cooking, then you wont be disappointed.

I don't even know why I bother going to IHOP anymore. I always seem to get horrible service, bland food that's super expensive (compared to other breakfast places), not to mention that everything was EXTREMELY SLOW!!! Hell, I live in Hawaii and that's saying something. We were seated for no less than 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We actually had to summon the server before she approached us about an order. After we finally got our coffee, which was the same strength as an iced tea, but hot, we ordered: I got the Colorado omelet w/pancakes on the side, and my son got the strawberry crepe. Thankfully, the omelet was pretty tasty, but the pancakes were hard and virtually inedible even with an enormous portion of blueberry syrup. My son devoured his crepes, but heck, he's 17 and he'll eat anything that does eat him first so not complaints there. There are better options out there, but IHOP is the iconic breakfast shop, and if you want something that is consistent (good or bad), this is a fair bet.

This location has crappy service at night. They don't seem to care that the menus were filthy and I had to wash my hands after touching them. My seat had food all over it and I had to wipe it down myself. They over cooked the chicken and when this was brought up the waitress said that's the way she likes her chicken and just to try it you'll like it. Then she asked later how it was and retorted a snide remark as she walked away saying, "I told you". The service has been great here before but that was in the morning. I would not recommend this shift to my worst enemy.

bad service. I asked for pancakes and I got French toast. i also had to wait 30 minutes just to order. then 45 minutes for the food. never coming back. it's just disappointing. I would give this -83627272 stars if I could. the food wasn't even that good. like wow. I would most definitely not recommend it

Ihop delicious pancakes, a great touch with blueberries and whip cream. The service was great everyone was smiling keeping you cup full to the brim. No rush great for just letting the good times roll.

Mystery is great! Food was fantastic. Try the pumpkin cheesecake pancakes. Service was good considering how busy they were.

We went here for breakfast this morning. After waiting 30 minutes, we realized that quite a few groups that arrived after us had been seated before us. There was no one at the front counter to help with the problem. Instead of waiting any longer, We decided to just leave. Terrible terrible service.

Seriously just had the best experience. The waitress was on it. For the first time my food was done right and brought out fairly quickly with everything there! I didn't have to wait 20 minutes for my check either! If you go here request Nina as your server.

We got seated promptly. But by the time we placed our order to the time we got our food was 45 minutes later. The food was average, nothing to write home about. You are basically paying for the convenience of not having to cook at home. This place really deserves 2.5 stars, but just rounding up since I can't give 2.5 stars.

Food was so-so. Service was so-so. But we came at 1 in the morning, so I don't know what we really expected.

it's a [not particularly good] chain lots of overly sweet things on the menu. food is edible but nothing special and the ambiance is severely lacking.

We only decided to stop here because our 5 year old LOVES pancakes... First of all, we were seated in the back, and RIGHT next to us was the manager conducting a job interview with some gal. He asked his questions VERY loudly, she answered VERY loudly. They talked about all sorts of things...he hired her on the spot, he talked to her about how much money she would start out making, asked her to start the very next day, told her to run out and buy some black pants...blah, blah, blah... and then after the "job interview"...some other employees came over next to our table for their "break"...they sat and talked about how they go to this really neat place to get their moles and warts removed - how it doesn't burn, and it's super fast - they just give you a shot and then use this instrument to dig the wart out. It pops right out and then you are done! I felt like I was eating a really shitty breakfast in the break room at Ihop - "Thanks Ihop"...I hate breakfast now.

Due to my beliefs I cannot eat pork. So I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no bacon. They brought me one with bacon. The waiter said sorry and that she'd be back with a new one. They brought me back the SAME ONE just removed the bacon. I confronted the waitress about it and she said she'd being me a new one. About 5 minutes past and they brought me the SAME one yet again just toasted the bread more. I don't like an eating establishment that lies to there customers therfore I'm giving them 1 star.

Decent food. Small in size though. I was thinking that they would be a little larger than the size of a side plate and as thick as a sugar packet... it was sadly disappointing and I felt like ordering a side even though I can usually barely finish a plate of food! Not to mention my husband who eats like a machine is STILL hungry and says that this is a sorry comparison to what you get in Louisiana... should've gone to Denny's

'Tis an extremely sad day for me as I must now write off this chain, possibly and probably forever. We can say the dude abides and a lot of things I will tolerate or as the great Neil Diamond once said, there's a lot I can stand, but not a lot I can take and finally, after a good 5+ year skid, I must bid this goodbye forever. I can deal with declining standards on the menu side as I know it's always a skidding scale and hey, the economy, amirite? I can deal with them changing the portion size, then changing the plate size so there's not such a huge disparity between what that $9 bought you a couple years ago and I can even live with the fact that everything on the menu, particularly the drinks, got more expensive. I can even let is slide when they start serving the cheapest bagged tea they can find, especially in terms of quality and grossly overcharge for that and hot water. Economy again, I'm guessing and damn, those corporations just gotta make a buck. Those golden parachutes aren't going to line themselves, after all, amirite? Where things goes off the rails is when I get served powdered eggs. When I'm still groggy in the morning and don't want to deal with undercooked overeasy or sunny side up eggs or I just don't trust the place (both for here), I ordered scrambled and I expected to get actual eggs cracked out of a shell, not these rotten tasteless abortions of the very mediocre-est institutional food has to offer. Given that this is a chain, I'm sure this is a nationwide decision and made in the name of costs and I just can't do it. Sure, pancakes are obviously from a mix and that one has been skidding a while also and I can even not completely swear off from them when a full breakfast is brought out piecemeal (nothing like claiming, right after the restaurant opens, that they have no oil to cook things...beauty), but being a pissy waitress and delivering slightly undercooked and not very tasty meats just heaps onto the proverbial last straw. To conclude, as the lady says, I haven't got time for the pain anymore. I'm a local adherent anyway and this just serves to further solidify things. This obviously is not convenient for travel, but perhaps will lead to some interesting local flavor elsewhere...still it ends over a decade run of me being able to rely on as close to an old friend as a chain restaurant can be and it's hard to say goodbye, in a way. So long, IHOP, I'm going to miss you, but make no mistake, I WILL miss you.

I came here withy boyfriend last Sunday for brunch since the diner I wanted to go to had such a long wait. We were seated immediately and our waitress made sure we were well taken care of although she didn't bother us too much. There were several families seated in the same section although no ones tables were right next to each other. The food was very good and served quickly.

We landed in SLC and it was late night around 12 midnight. By the time everything is closed except IHOP and it was not far from the hotel. We were seated right away. After seeing the gang of 15 members, the waiter told that only one cook is working and he can serve the food which is ready first. We order bunch of appetizers, various flavors pancakes and omelets. I didn't remember the whole order. The food is tasty and yummy. The waiter served the food very patiently. The order took lot of time as there is only one cook working back in the kitchen.

We were on a road trip and arrived into Salt Lake City at a "very late hour." 10pm. So luckily for us, pretty much everything was closed except IHOP. Good ol' IHOP. Except for this one. It's just eh. So first off, there was hardly anyone here. You'd think that would mean our service would be relatively fast. Took about 5 minutes to get seated, though (which is a pretty long time for a near-empty restaurant). The food was decent enough, but I've had better from an IHOP. Especially since they didn't have all listed sides available (apparently, they ran out?), and they also didn't have the bread that was supposed to come with our meals. No alternatives or compensation was offered. The staff was pretty friendly, though, if not the quickest, so that's what pops this up to a three star. I know we were in pretty late, so receiving such friendly service was quite a welcome.

No host on duty to greet us. After we were finally seated it was clear that they were very under staffed. Our server did a great job once she got caught up. Food came out in a timely manner and was good. It was Ihop standard food. But, it will be hard to ever go back because we are usually looking for fast efficient service.

The food was good but the service could have been better. Cleaner than the nearby Dee's restaurant. Our waitress was clearly stoned. She and several off duty waitresses smelled like they had just got down smoking, blood-shot eyes, droopy eyes, not remembering things, normal speech but losing train of though mid-sentence. giggling at everything, being loud. Some of the other employees made comments to shut them up. Anyway the food was tasty and pretty fast.
